Here is a list of equipment we use to manufacture fishing equipment for the individual who needs technical assistance for their sport.  We demand the best quality and these companies have proven records of quality.

Rods

Our rods are manufactured by CUI.  They are 20# weight maximum and have a gimbaled butt.  We use both baitcasting and spinning rods. At present only the baitcaster is used with the electric power system.

Reels

Our reels are Zebco Brands reels.  Our electric used the 808SW, but the regular 808 and other large zebco reels may be used.  These are the only large spincast reels that allow us to use the automatic casting system.

Line

We use Ande Fishing Line, Tournament grade.  We spool 8KG or 16lb line.  Coupled with the rod and reel this gives the angler a proper balanced system and also limits the amount of pressure a disabled individual will bear.

Harnesses

Manufactured by us, designed by experts in the field of body safety. They are contracted out to local small business individuals.

Fishing Seats

Manufactured by us, contracted out to local business companies.

Electric motors

Our electric drive motors are manufactured by Hansen Electric Corporation.

Air Control Systems

We use only SMC Air Valves

Batteries and chargers

Interstate Batteries supply the power and charging systems to give our 12 volt systems long life and instant power.

 Rod Holders

Scotty rod holders work well with wheel chairs using either the round or square attachment.  We have found that there is no need to have a special holder or make any adjustments to the normal wheel chair. We will also be using the downriggers to help launch baits for the wheel chair user.
